Character forms

In our music video we are having quite a few different people, who aren't in our media group, for different shots and roles. So in order to cover ourselves we had to get them to sign forms saying they agreed to the terms and conditions and regulations of what they are entering themselves into. For example they need to know they will be filmed and it will go on YouTube. 

Joanne is Holly's mum and she will be contributing to the video by being the driver of the car that we see holly travelling in whilst on her way to a meal.

            Cam is the boyfriend of Chloe in the video and the ex-boyfriend of Holly in the video.

                           Amy is playing the part of one of Holly's friends when out for a meal.
