Recreating a Album

We have been asked to recreate a album cover using Photoshop and by doing this it has helped us get experience on the software before we use it for real in the preparation of our music video and our CD cover package. The first one was based on one of our group members Holly, and we made the background black and white and holly remain in normal colour, we thought this would make her stand out and let the audience know she is the main vocalist and the focus is on her.

 

 We then compared one to a actual album, in this case we focused on Adele's album which is called 21. We chose this because we thought it looks effective and the fact that '21' is in green compared to the rest of the black and white setting was unique.
